The Municipal Guard of Naucalpan, in collaboration with the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico and the Investigation Police, reported the arrest of the alleged aggressor of the dog identified as 'Lobito,' who was thrown from a height of approximately 10 meters down a staircase in the San Lorenzo Totolinga neighborhood. The operation resulted from the execution of a search warrant at a private residence where the individual's presence was suspected. According to the official report from local authorities, as a result of this operation, the probable perpetrator was arrested and transferred to the Barrientos Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center for his probable responsibility for the crime of animal abuse. In a complementary action, security agencies conducted an additional inspection, during which a family allegedly involved in acts of animal cruelty, including attacks on 'Lobito,' was reported to have been arrested. The official report details that during the operation, a Pit Bull-type dog was found on the roof of the property, exposed to the elements, in conditions of possible abuse. Preliminary investigations by the Municipal Guard indicate that the animal was allegedly used to attack other dogs, including the canine known as 'Lobito.' The Pit Bull was secured and is under the custody of the relevant authorities for medical evaluation and legal follow-up. The individuals detained in the second operation were placed at the disposal of the judicial authority to determine their legal status.
